Transformation PMO services have supported large investment programmes from £5m to c.£400m, affecting 120,000 operational employees. Set-up and management of PMO services, and end-to-end benefits realisation management.

Heavyweight Project Management services for several large and strategically sensitive one-off projects. Working with the senior leadership team to scope, plan, and deliver the agreed objectives.

A broad professional background whose experience further includes strategic planning, Lean for service value-chains, six-sigma black belt, operational disaster recovery, relocation, and Industrial design.


A contracted resource providing skills typically not within the organisation, swiftly onboarded to deliver ‘temporary’ work packages, and exit the delivery team on successful delivery / completion of the contracted obligations.

Working with the senior leadership team to drive accountability. The approach is structured, considered and pragmatic, ensuring the programme governance and pace is appropriate for the organisational culture and change maturity.
